The Rumblings community is getting active together! While working from home, we have found ourselves getting less and less physical activity during the last year. May is National Physical Fitness & Sports month— a great opportunity to look for ways to add more activity back into our days.

We’re challenging ourselves to #MoveinMay and inviting you to join us as we build more physical activity back into our days and lives!

Physical activity helps us stay healthy, and it doesn’t have to be vigorous to have health benefits. Moving more can help you boost your mood, sharpen your focus, reduce stress, and improve your sleep right away! It also helps us reduce the risk of disease.
