Maintaining lean body mass while you age is one of the most important things you can do to age well. Many midlife women have little to no experience using weights to build muscle strength and maintain lean body mass. We’re here to help!
Full-body strength workouts will be posted to a private Instagram account every week. You can mix and match these workouts to meet your needs. These workouts are designed by an exercise physiologist for all midlife women, no matter your experience with weights. The workouts are flexible and can be done at home, at the gym, or when traveling.

Food and product tips.
You’ve probably heard the saying, ‘you can’t outrun (or out-exercise) a bad diet.’ We don’t believe in diets, but we do believe in making healthful food choices, most of the time, to feel vibrant. You’ll receive weekly food ideas and product tips to ensure your food selections support your new strength workouts.
